About the Event
Pin Xuan Ge Gallery will present the “Renewed Affinity · Six Artists Exhibition” at the end of this month.
The title “Renewed Affinity” has a special meaning. Back in 1990, Pin Xuan Ge held the very first Six Artists Exhibition at the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce. It was warmly received, but the exhibition did not continue afterwards.
In 2023, artist Tan Chin Boon, one of the original participants, suggested reviving the exhibition. The gallery agreed and relaunched it as “Renewed Affinity – Tradition / Innovation – Six Artists Exhibition”. From then, the decision was made to hold it once every two years.
